Naomi Johnson Talk Show Host And Advocate View Point On NJ Transit/Coach USA Corruption

Naomi Johnson Talk Show Host And Advocate View Point On NJ Transit/Coach USA Corruption

Naomi wants the victim's family to see she is sincere, and her goal is to let the victim's family know that their deceased loved ones' life existence on this earth was valuable. And make sure their death was not cut short in vain by transit deadly bus drivers. She believes that these bus drivers should go to jail. This mother of late music artist Sean said, "she believes in the cause of laws and effects that every action has a reaction." Their is a positive and negative dealing with these countless death. The negative is the injustice of death, and the positive is the drivers being held accountable. NJ Transit will continue killing because there is no consequence.

Naomi said, "that people could look to her eyes and see her heart -to know that she is a sincere person that she is here with overwhelming sympathy and empathy for the slain victims like her son Deshon. "Not because of her compassion to fight for what right, she wants to help many victims' families to turn their pain into the fight for justice. She wants to reach out to family across New Jersey to know that someone cares about their loved one's untimely demise and life-changing injuries caused by NJ Transit and Coach USA reckless bus drivers. And for the family and victims find the strength to fight with her to hold these deadly bus drivers accountable and the bus companies who are not doing proper screening in hiring qualify drivers.Naomi believes that NJ Transit/Coach murder victim's family should be a vessel and a beacon of hope to justice and fighting for this cause of injustice and try not to be a slave to his or her emotions.

She said, we have the power to defeat this corrupted transportation company, the corrupted politician who is supporting NJ Transit/Coach USA deadly bus drivers disgraced behavior. Moreover, bring change/justice if we come together to boycott transit and protest because there is power in number. And they can shine the light on the darkness of transportation, prosecutor, politician corruption that is dealing with these countless transit death caused by the bus companies hired incompetent drivers. She believed, "What's done in the dark will come to light, and thank God, the universe or our ancestors that he/she has created it to operate so!"

Her son Deshon was purposely run over twice and dragged while knocking on the front door by Coach USA bus driver Wilson Romaine who was operating NJ Transit.

Naomi believes anything is possible, especially in American and the trust in God. She said that as people who are fighting the corrupt justice system, could not put their trust in man and their detested lying lips.

Naomi quotes six scripture that will manifest in the fight for justice.

Matthew 19:26, "With man, this is impossible, but with God, all things are possible."

Pslams 5:112

Pslams 21:31
31 To do what is right and is just more acceptable to the LORD than sacrifice.

Proverb 14:5
5 An honest witness does not deceive, but a false witness pours out lies.

Proverb 12:17
17 An honest witness tells the truth, but a false witness tells lies.

Naomi said she is advocating for transit death victims.

Naomi uses her son's Noneillah platform to raise awareness for innocent lives slain in the community by deadly so-called trained professional bus drivers. She provides the forum to grieving mothers, fathers, guardians, or parents to share their stories. Thus, so far, there is no other media outlet that allows mothers like Naomi to share their story about their child being slain by public transportation.

Naomi is carrying out her son's vision through his Noneillah brand mission statement to giving upcoming performing artists, musicians, visual artists, models, and emerging designers a platform to share their talents. Along with helping to educate, inspire, and empower people to be there on child investigation and other tangible, valuable information.

Our Guest Naomi Johnson is the host of the Noneillah Talk Show, which is in memory of Sean Cos Mason, who was a music artist, Noneillah Founder, digital designer, engineer, songwriter, visual artist, a college student, and son of Naomi Johnson.

Sean Cos Mason, aka Deshon, was killed by a Coach USA bus driver who was operating an NJ Transit bus. The driver deliberately ran over Deshon twice then dragged him 50 to 100 feet in Bloomfield, New Jersey. Deshon's mother talks about new evidence that included eyewitness testimony.  Naomi, son Deshon, was killed by bus driver Wilson Romain who has a bad driving record, violent attitude, blaming her son for his death, and various forms of severe mental torture by the so-called New Jersey justice system.
Naomi told us her most profound grief as a mother is how the system has and still is treating her son's life as it is of no importance.

The most intense pain on the loss of Naomi's son is that his dream of a hip-hop artist/rapper was stolen from him by Romaine, who still is operating New Jersey Transit.  The baffling part to me that the driver was charged in 1999 for speeding but was not charged for killing Deshon when he was speeding.

The system failed this Afro-American mother who became disabled- Wednesday, July 18, 2007, due to Bloomfield, NJ police high-speed chase of a stolen car. And her son, who was killed in Bloomfield, NJ, Wednesday, July 18, 2012, by a speeding bus driver.

Naomi now created a talk show so she can tell her truth and others who have been victimized by transit deadly bus drivers, police, prosecutors, judges,  and attorney. She uses the power of television to tell compelling stories about NJ Transit, Coach USA, Essex County Prosecutor, Police, and attorneys corruption on her son's transit demise case.

The Noneillah show provides the most comprehensive forum on issues in the history of television. Naomi has used the show's platform to raise awareness of the ongoing killing epidemic by NJ Transit and Coach USA bus companies' incompetent bus drivers/train engineers.

Naomi wants her viewers to be accessible to stories dealing with NJ Transit and Coach USA bus drivers, killing innocent people in vain with no repercussion. This talk show host is the only person that talks about NJ Transit and Coach USA bus drivers' disregards for human life.
At the Noneillah Talk Show, the host gives intricate detail that you will not find at any other talk show or news that goes into depth about the genocide on New Jersey residence. Moreover-how Governor Phil Murphy and USA Senator Bob Menedez are not creating a law to stop this unhealthy behavior when she approached them about the issues.

The talk show host has been elaborating on hidden issues with transit corruption and how their Chief of  Compliance Todd exposes the company disregards for safety.
Naomi feels it is essential to reveal this information to the general public so they can have a clear understanding of the justice system's collaboration to covers up the truth for transit deadly bus drivers.

Noneillah Talk Show and Podcast host uses its top-rated shows to shine the light on critical issues of our time that includes the "silent epidemics" of bullying by transit and our justice system. Onward with how transit attorneys corruption, mental abuse by the prosecutors, fabrication, verbal attack on an innocent mother-like herself- who is fighting for justice for her only child Deshon.

Naomi always likes to addresses essential personal and social issues
.

Tips On how to make your own Syndicated Radio Show

Tips On how to make your own Syndicated Radio Show

1. The first thing you have to do is to Create Your Show. What will be the theme and concept of your show? How will your unique knowledge, talents, and abilities work best on the air?

First, what qualifies YOU to host a syndicated radio show? Are you an expert in something? Do friends say you’ve got the ”gift of gab”? Is there a subject you feel passionate about? Do you like discussing ideas and sharing opinions with others? Do you enjoy entertaining people? If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, you can host a syndicated radio show. There are syndicated radio shows on topics as diverse as alternative health, politics, spirituality, small business, pets, law, dating, and the list goes on and on. There are successful hosts who never hosted a radio show before getting into syndication.
Try to find a unique niche for your show. Be as original as possible. For example, if you want to do a health talk show, decide what might make your show different from other health talk shows.

2. Get On the Air, Anywhere. You have to start somewhere. It’s just like planting a seed in order to grow something. Your show should be on at least ONE radio station, or ONE high quality Internet site, before you try syndicating it nationally. So do what ever you have to do to get your show heard.

Program directors who consider your syndicated show will naturally want to know if it has a track record. Their first question will be, ”Where is the show heard? What station or stations already carry the show? Is it heard online?” If you answer, ”We”re not on anywhere. We were hoping to start with your station,” the next sound you hear will be a loud click as the phone is hung up in your ear.

3. Create a Marketing Kit and Demo. You’ll want to be sure your marketing kit looks professional. And you’ll need a good-sounding demo of your show.

Program Directors and Station Managers will want to see your marketing material and a photo of you, before they put your show on the air. Since you can’t travel to every station in the country, your sales kit has to be your ambassador.
Research has shown that people gather most of their information visually. Yes, this is even true of radio managers, perhaps more so because they deal with so much non-visual material. So it’s important to make a good visual first impression with potential affiliates. Remember what your mom used to say, you never get a second chance to make a good first impression.

4. Market Your Show to Stations Nationwide. You’ve got to tell the radio industry about your show. Stations need to know the show exists, if you want them to put it on the air.

Marketing’s just another word for promotion, and few syndicated shows succeed without it.
If radio stations have never heard of your show, they may be reluctant to add it. Think about your own purchasing decisions. How often do you choose a product you’ve never heard of? People are much more comfortable buying something that is familiar to them.
You can certainly try telephoning all 10,000 US radio stations. You’ll quickly discover how tough it is convincing program directors to add your unknown show. You can also try mailing your marketing kit and demo to every station. But that will cost you a small fortune and be very wasteful, since most stations will simply toss your valuable marketing material.

5. Sign Up Stations. A syndicated radio show is only as good as its list of affiliates. Syndication success is built by signing up stations to carry your show.

Syndication Networks’ Affiliate Relations experts have decades of experience in this challenging and rewarding field. Our skilled staff has the proven ability to sign up radio stations to carry all forms of syndicated programming.
Affiliate relations is by far the most difficult part of syndication. If you decide to try it on your own, be prepared for a real challenge.
If your marketing is effective, stations may be calling for your demo. You then follow up by phone with these ”warm leads”.

6. Take Care of Business. Once your show is up and running, there are things to do! Commercials need to be sold, clients need to be billed, the show has to be produced and distributed, and you have to get paid. How does it all get done?

The answer is, you systematize it. You want all the important things to happen automatically without lots of time or effort on your part. You want a system to handle the sale of commercials in your show, billing, production and distribution of your show to stations, and more. This gives you the freedom to do a great show and to build more revenue streams!
Syndicated radio shows have details that must be taken care of for ongoing success and profits. At the beginning, you may wish to handle all of the production, ad sales, affiliate relations, and other details involved in your show. This is not only most affordable, but it’s fun to build a show from the ground up. Plus, it lets you learn first hand how syndicated radio works. You can do it with a little advice from others in the business.
If you’re like most syndicators, eventually you’ll find that your time could be better spent on other things. For example, if your show is a recorded short vignette, you might want to record, edit, insert commercials, and upload the shows all by yourself. But as your list of stations grows, these tasks may become routine and time-consuming. At that point, you may be better off letting someone else do it, and use your time for more productive things. https://www.etinside.com/?p=1109

How to Start an Online Talk Show

How to Start an Online Talk Show

The Noneillah Talk Show, Princeton Community Television

Understand what it takes to be a talk show host

Before you get any fancy ideas of becoming the next best thing since Zach Galifianakis bought two ferns and invited the President of the United States to sit between them, you need to do some introspection and determine whether you have what it takes to be a talk show host.
That means more than having the charisma to be a charming host and the comic timing to slay ‘em in the seats. It’s understanding your broadcast medium. What it takes to be successful in television – or in this case, on the Internet. This foundational knowledge of the craft will allow you to create a show that reaches beyond video plays on YouTube. And can lead to bigger and better things.

2. Understand what it takes to produce a talk show
This carries over from that big fluffy sentence in the last paragraph of the previous section. All that stuff about “foundational knowledge of the craft.” What we mean by this is take some classes in video and television production. These days, production classes are available at nearly any community college and there likely are tons of private classes at camera rental facilities, public access television networks – even online. This base knowledge of how to construct a show, design a set, pace the program, set your cameras, light the guests and so forth will allow you to build something that’s both unique to your sensibilities and professional to anyone who discovers it.

3. Develop your idea

You know you’ve got the chops, you understand how to produce your dream, now just develop the idea. And in this instance, let’s have that mean the entire show. Everything we cover in How To Start Your Own Talk Show. What the format will be, who the guests will be, if it’s traditional or if it’s something entirely new and different. Once you have all those pieces together, it’s time to start fitting the format into something that will play well on the web.
Which brings us to step two: Getting ready for the web.

4. Consider a niche
If you choose to produce a talk show that follows a traditional format of various guests and topics, more than likely, your show will get lost in the clutter. Viewers of online talk shows tend to consume video content the same way they consume podcasts or blogs or other online content: specific to their specialized interests. Comic book fans might watch Pete’s Basement, for example. If you do decide to be more general, consider producing episodes with specific themes. Table Talk does a great job of this. Each episode has a specific theme, like time travel or worst food experience or 90s TV. Table Talk often includes a few topics per show, to give it variety, but these specific topics help viewers find their content.

5. Choose your broadcast home

Whether it’s YouTubeVimeo or your own personalized website – even Facebook, Vine or Twitter – decide where you’ll host your show. And by that, we mean plant a flag in the ground and call all your followers there. While you’ll likely want to post your show in several places and share links on social media, you want to give viewers a place they can always find you. A home base, if you will, where they can learn about upcoming shows, guests and so forth.
And if the task of publishing your latest episode on two dozen different video platforms seems daunting, no worries there. Sites like TubeMogul can help you distribute your show across the web.

6. Figure out the technology
For a lot of people, this may be the biggest hurdle. To produce a talk show, you have to know how to get that idea from page to set to screen. The screen part means picking the right video equipment and knowing exactly how to use it. Sure, you’ll become an expert as you go, but you have to get over the beginner phase if you want to produce something people are going to watch.
That’s where a few classes at your local community college, public access station, computer store, or broadcast school will help you show off the best of what you’ve got.
Finally, let’s get that show on the air.

7. Produce your show – a few of them
We won’t get into how to produce your show in this column, but we will tell you this: make sure you get a fair number shot, edited and ready to post before you start marketing your program. Remember, you’re gonna have a nine-to-five job while you’re trying to launch your talk show, so having a broadcast plan is imperative.
If your show is going to broadcast weekly, consider film one or two months worth of evergreen shows – programs with guests whose expert advice is good any day of the week – to help you keep up with your promised schedule. That way, you can miss a week or two and still have something to show.

8. Find your audience!
Once the show is up and running, you’re going to want to attract an audience. You can do that the old fashioned way – online ads wherever you believe your audience is hiding – but you’re nowhere without social. Plan on running, at a bare minimum, a Twitter and Facebook page. There you can regularly chat with your fans, followers and audience members. Also, join forums and follow blogs, opening a dialogue with the blog owners and forum regulars in order to build a stronger following.

9. Rinse and repeat
Successful online shows keep a regular schedule. They also provide a steady stream of information to their fans and followers. As soon as you post a show, get out and promote it. And while you’re doing that, get to work on the next episode. Your fans are waiting!

10. Have fun
Okay, one last step back into reality. Even if you produce a high-quality, educational and entertaining talk show, the chance it will sweep the nation and you'll quit your day job are incredibly slim. So if you're in it for that - welllll, you might want to consider another goal. But if you're in it because you're passionate about your idea and you don't care if you ever make a penny? Well, then, sit back, relax and have fun! And we'll have fun watching. https://www.liveabout.com/tips-on-how-best-to-start-an-online-talk-show-3177007
